No car votes

What it's no car day Wednesday! Are all those kids going to regain their legs and actually walk to school? You can tell when it's school holidays - the local roads are empty and the motorways are full of tourist traffic. One store Unicorn is offering a chance to win prizes for non-driving customers - so that'll be 10% of the shoppers then.
